Mine one of 3,000 on-chain diggers with your CPU or GPU and pay in $IMD. The luckier the hash, the rarer the digger. Then send your crew down the shaft to earn IMD from the Vault.
Your browser searches for a hash below the target. Your wallet is part of the hash, so nobody can steal it. The challenge rotates after every mint and the difficulty tunes itself to about one digger every 30 seconds.
Every valid hash is a digger. The more zeros your hash has beyond the target, the rarer the tier, and the tier sets its power on expeditions. Lucky caps keep the top tiers scarce.
10% of every mint drops into the jackpot. Strike Gold and you take 10% of the pot. Strike Diamond and you take 50%, paid inside the same mint transaction.
After all 3,000 are dug, whatever is left flows into the Vault for expedition crews.
Send crews of up to 6 diggers down the shaft. They stay in your wallet but can't be sold until the trip ends. The Vault streams about 2% of what's left every day, split by weight between everyone on an expedition.

Mix tools in one crew for up to +50%. The Burrow builds crews for you so the tools stay mixed.
Start the next expedition within 3 days of the last one ending, up to +50%. Selling the digger resets its streak.
weight = power × trip × (100% + crew + streak)
Every burn leaves the Backing pool split between fewer diggers, so the floor rises for everyone who stays.
Burn 3 idle diggers of one tier to lift a 4th of that tier one step up. You can climb from Copper to Silver to Gold to Diamond.
Burn an idle digger and get an equal share of the Backing pool in IMD: backing ÷ diggers alive.
Where every IMD goes. No withdraw function exists: the pools belong to the diggers.
Questions from the bottom of the shaft.
A browser, a wallet on Robinhood Chain, some $IMD for the mint price and a little ETH for gas. Your CPU (and GPU through WebGPU if your browser supports it) does the mining.
No. Your wallet address is inside the hash, so a solution only works for the wallet that found it. The challenge changes after every mint, so if someone mints first the drill just keeps going on the new challenge.
The Strike goal tells the drill to keep going until it finds a rarer hash. Diamond takes about 256× the work of Any, and the challenge rotates whenever someone else mints, so long hunts are a gamble. Lucky caps: 25 Diamond, 75 Gold and 300 Silver can be struck. After that a lucky hash counts as the next tier down.
The winning hash plus the L2 block hash pick a random undug digger, so traits can't be sniped. All art and metadata live on-chain.
The Vault releases about 2% of what's left every day, shared by everyone on an expedition in proportion to weight. More mints and more top-ups mean a bigger Vault. Earnings are paid in IMD whenever you claim.
25% of every mint goes to the Backing pool. Retiring burns a digger and pays backing ÷ diggers alive. Every burn (retire or forge) raises the floor for everyone who stays.
The contracts are open source and tested, but not professionally audited. Only use IMD you are comfortable with.
